В современных учебных изданиях и научно-исследовательских работах достаточно распространенным объектом изучения является девиантное поведение. В статье рассматриваются междисциплинарные подходы к обоснованию его причин, видов, последствий среди разных возрастных групп, но особое внимание уделяется молодежи. В настоящее время актуализируется новое направление исследования проблемы девиантного поведения – конструктивная девиация, появление которой безусловно является теоретически и практически обоснованным: происходит постепенное фрагментарное рассмотрение отдельных аспектов конструктивной девиации молодежи, что требует систематизации и оформления концептуальных подходов в изучении данного явления. Также в связи с общественно-политическими изменениями, актуализацией определенных социально значимых ценностей, распространением практик помогающего поведения накапливаются социальные ресурсы, развивается социальный, интеллектуальный, гражданский потенциал молодых людей. Рассмотрены социальные и политические основания конструктивной девиации среди молодежи посредством изучения пользовательского массива студентов-первокурсников, обучающихся на базе высшего образования. К указанным основаниям относятся институциональные условия реализации государственной молодежной политики, молодежные инициативы, развитие у студентов практик помогающего поведения, формирование условий гипернормальности, демонстрация значимых ценностей (патриотизм, альтруизм) и пр. Анализ и социологическое понимание причин конструктивной девиации молодежи позволяют обосновать актуальные для молодых людей мобилизационные вызовы и направления их социальной консолидации. Особое внимание уделяется проявлениям конструктивной девиации студенческой молодежи в цифровом пространстве.

Deviant behavior is a popular research topic. The article examines interdisciplinary approaches to its causes, types, and consequences in university students. Constructive deviation is a relatively new phenomenon, which requires systematization and formalization. The current socio-political changes encourage certain socially significant values and helping behavior practices, which makes it possible to develop social resources, as well as social, intellectual, and civic potential in young people. The authors studied internet activities of first-year university students to reveal the social and political prerequisites of constructive deviation. These foundations included the institutional conditions for the development and implementation of the state youth policy, youth initiatives, helping behavior practices, hypernormality, such socially significant values as patriotism and altruism, etc. The sociological interpretation of constructive deviation clarifies the challenges that are relevant for young people and directions for their social consolidation.
