Abstract (English):
The provisions and requirements of the latest amendments adopted to TR CU 033/2013 «On the safety of milk and dairy products» are analyzed. An analysis of the introduced amendments is given, their necessity and significance are assessed. The rationale for the adoption of the changes and the possible assessment of their contribution to the stability of dairy production are explained.
